Nebraska Center
The Nebraska Center
Taking the relationship with Japan to an even higher level, Nebraska has now opened its first international office, the Nebraska Center, located in Tokyo. The Nebraska Center will be the main point of contact for Japanese businesses looking for business opportunities in Nebraska.
We welcome you to visit the Nebraska Center, where you can learn about opportunities with Nebraska. Whether it’s finding a business partner, learning about our investment advantages, gaining access to world-class healthcare services, or solving your logistics needs, the Nebraska Center is your link to Nebraska and your partner for all U.S. activities.
The new office will serve as a hub for Nebraska’s international business operations, including the recruitment and expansion of Japanese-owned companies, agricultural market expansion, and the cultivation of multinational partnerships for economic growth. The Center will be available as a public work and meeting space to business partners and Nebraskans visiting abroad for economic development purposes.
Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman has asked Koji Nagasaka to serve as executive director of the Nebraska Center. Nagasaka-san will lead a team promoting Nebraska’s products and services and connect Nebraska businesses with Japanese companies.
